What does it taste like?

Shroof is a full-bodied drink with rich notes of cacao, roasted chicory and dandelion root, topped with spices. With milk and honey added, it can taste similar to a latte or hot chocolate.

Shroof is based out of beautiful (and rainy) Seattle, Washington. This is where our products are dreamed up and brought to life. Washington is known for its coffee shops, which is why we wanted to provide an alternative!

Yes, we use all organic ingredients and we're currently working through getting USDA organic certified. 

The organic ingredients we use are: Cacao, Chicory Root Powder, Lions Mane, Cordyceps, Chaga, Reishi, Cassia Cinnamon, Dandelion Root Powder, Turmeric, and Himalayan Pink Salt. 

We estimate there is about a 1/5th the amount of caffeine in a cup of coffee. The energy from Shroof will feel more sustained throughout the day. 

No, we do not use magic mushrooms in Shroof. While we think the benefits are magical, don't expect to hallucinate :)
